Ros Hardiman (pictured) has joined London’s Royal Garden Hotel as HR director

Hardiman has a wealth of experience in HR and people development spanning some 20 years in the hotel and leisure industry. She joins from Gordon Ramsay Holdings, where she held a similar role, as HR director responsible for developing and implementing the HR strategy for the UK operations.

Previous roles include director of HR at Kew Green Hotels, HR manager at the Wentworth Club in Surrey and resourcing and development manager with Leisure Connection. Graham Bamford, general manager of the Royal Garden Hotel, said: "I am delighted to welcome Ros to the team. Her skills will help to maintain the Royal Garden's position as London's leading 5-star independent hotel."
