Pharmaceutical firm Eli Lilly and Company has outsourced its global recruitment processes to increase efficiencies in the end-to-end recruiting process.
The company is working with Kenexa for the five-year engagement - now Kenexa's largest recruitment process outsourcing agreement - which will incorporate onboarding, recruiting, assessment, =survey solutions and employment branding.
Nancy Lange, senior director for global recruiting and staffing for Lilly, said: "Our selection process was rigorous and Kenexa met our expectations by showcasing its global RPO services capabilities and providing access to centres of excellence in Asia, Europe and the Americas. The company demonstrated its strengths in integrating services, technology and relevant content."
