Chris Roebuck (pictured), visiting professor at Cass Business School, has joined the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham as head of organisational development.

Roebuck, who is visiting professor of transformational leadership at Cass, joined the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham as head of the organisational development and transformation division and will lead culture and engagement on the 'Tri-Borough Project', a local government merger of services and restructuring with the boroughs of Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster.

This is aimed to save overhead costs of 50% over three years and deliver better services with less money and fewer staff.

Last month, Roebuck was ranked among HR's Most Influential UK Thinkers.
