Babel Media, the international games industry outsource company, has launched a reinvigorated employee benefits programme for its UK staff.
Creative Benefits was appointed following a competitive pitch process.
Creative Benefits began communications to Babel Media's employees in May and with subsequent workshops, presentations and one-to-one sessions running throughout June and early July, pension scheme participation looks set to almost double. In addition to the updated pension plan, the company is providing a supplementary range of benefits for Babel Media's staff, including an Employee Assistance Programme offering 24/7 support.
Lee Quinn, group finance director at Babel Media, said: "The introduction of salary exchange has really boosted the value of our overall benefits plan and has also helped employees better see the value of pension saving. The level of engagement and positive feedback is amazing."
