Midlands-based Discovery, a graduate talent management company, has bought performance improvement consultancy StrategA as the first of several planned acquisitions for 2011/12.
Discovery's MD Jonathan Evans, said: "StrategA complements our broad base offering of talent management solutions.
"The addition of StrategA ensures we are able to further support business with ongoing tools and expertise that improves performance and aids retention."
StrategA's products include a biological pattern-based behavioural profiling system.
StrategA's MD, Chris Battye added: "Our values are aligned closely with those of Discovery and we share a common purpose - to enable businesses to achieve sustainable performance improvement. Our expertise helps businesses to out-perform through appropriate hiring strategies and people development despite being faced with unprecedented economic challenges.
