A specialist training programme for senior lesbian, gay and bisexual leaders has been launched.

Caret, in partnership with Fairy Dust Consulting, announces the launch of Rainbow High - a comprehensive programme to develop the skills, style and influence of gay, lesbian and bisexual leaders and managers.

Rainbow High is a modular residential programme that provides participants with high impact leadership development in an environment of encouragement and support.

The programme is structured around three two-day modules that blend one-to-one and group development with expert input and peer support. It is open to leaders and managers who hold strategic level positions within their organisation.
