Dave Ulrich, professor of business administration at the University of Michigan and HR's Most Influential Thinker for the past three years, shares new perspectives on HR in an exclusive ebook from HR magazine.

Picking up on his lifetime’s work on HR strategy, Ulrich will discuss steps in the journey ahead to get HR to where it should be: delivering more value to the business.

He will argue that HR needs to address four key areas:-

Message: there needs to be one mega-message for HR’s direction and that is the creation of value
Business: HR professionals need to approach their work from the outside/in,

HR targets: individual abilities (talent), organisation capabilities (culture) and leadership
HR investments: redefining HR practices, professionals and analytics to make it all happen

The first in a series of HR ebooks, this will be available for FREE at the end of September 2010 to all registered users. Register for your copy
