Computacentre has launched a strategic staff reward and recognition programme for its 4,000 employees.

Working with motivation agency AYMTM, the scheme comes with a web-based recognition tool that has the ability to deliver rewards to staff at all levels of achievement.

The range of recognition applications include personalised ‘Moonpig’-style cards from colleagues to colleagues, to a more formal thank-you from line managers, including reward points onto their reward point accounts.

At the highest level of recognition are the company awards, where colleagues and managers can nominate individuals or teams that achieved the company’s goals.

The ‘Excellence in Action’ site will also host the company’s long-service awards, which will generate automatic reward points and certificates to staff on their employment anniversaries and alert line managers to deliver the reward.
