Employee benefit solutions provider Fair Care has launched a new employee discount scheme, Fair Care Advantage, to allow employees discount at 1,600 retailers.

The scheme will offer employees discounts and cashback opportunities at retailers including Sainsburys, Marks & Spencer, B&Q and Boots.

Members will be able to interact with each other in the marketplace, pinpoint exactly where their local discounts can be found and get the chance to win £1,000 every month with Advantage Lotto.

The system has been designed to be as valuable and accessible to smaller companies as it to multinational corporations. It can be taken as an off-the-shelf product with quick and easy set-up, or deep branded for organisations that have their own branded benefit themes or that operate flex schemes.

Fair Care Advantage has been developed in conjunction with PeopleValue which has provided the underlying technology.

Philip Curtis, Fair Care’s managing director, said: "We have been operating Employee Discount Schemes alongside our other benefit products for some time now, but this latest version is a great leap for us, offering a much more comprehensive range of discounts, resulting in a huge choice to the consumer. Its appeal to companies of all sizes, we hope, will ensure its success."
