Santander has launched a school leaver programme for post A-level students interested in a career in financial services.

The regional head offices in Belfast, Glasgow and Bradford will offer students the chance to gain on-the-job experience in a five year structured development programme.

Successful candidates will gain experience via a number of customer facing roles across the bank and contact centre networks, whilst also working towards achieving their Chartered Banker Status, equivalent to a degree level qualification.
