Scapa launches programme using blended learning to develop its managers' skills

Adhesive tape manufacturer Scapa Group has launched a training programme for its managers in Europe, Asia and the US.

The scheme, which will be delivered to 40 managers at Scapa's UK office in Ashton-Under-Lyme, aims to develop managers' skills in the areas of managing themselves and others and managing change and the team.

Designed by Cheshire based-Instep UK using a blended learning approach that combines traditional face-to-face learning with supporting online resources, the programme includes a wide range of activities that embrace all learning styles in a fun and highly participative way.
