Molnlycke Healthcare has launched online total reward statements and a salary sacrifice pension scheme.
The manufacturer of healthcare products hopes the initiatives will help staff understand their total remuneration, boost engagement and help employees save money through tax efficiencies.
The firm is working with benefits provider Thomsons Online Benefits to deliver the scheme, which was communicated to staff through group presentations and a website.
Wendy Blair, HR director at the firm, said: "We have been really pleased with the project and feedback has been very positive. Employees have greater appreciation of their benefits and we are delighted to be able to enhance their benefits package in this way."
