Liverpool Mutual Homes is working with Stonewall to support gay and bisexual people in the workplace.

The organisation has joined the Stonewall Diversity Champions programme, a practice forum bringing together employers from all sectors, to help meet commitments to diversity and fairness at work to benefit employees and customer service levels.

Karen McMurdo, head of human resources at Liverpool Mutual Homes, said: "Diversity Champions will help us provide the best possible opportunities for our employees, enabling them to develop within our organisation and encouraging them to speak up on equality issues in support of others."
