Food and drink retailer Booths is to offer information, skills and guidance for staff approaching retirement age to prepare them for life after work.
The firm will help staff with financial decisions as well as provide information on health and wellbeing and diet. The tailor-made pack is designed to give pre-retirement employees a positive and motivated outlook on the future.
Booths will work with Palm Financial Care, Creative Academy and Doctor Call to implement the scheme.
Diane Pickup, HR director at Booths, said: "We provide a number of ongoing training courses for our staff but we had been looking at the opportunity to offer something a little bit different. We are constantly asked questions by staff on various issues and we thought this course fulfilled all the requirements we were looking for."
