Three quarters of UK employees don't think they are in the right job

Only one in 10 employees believe they are in the perfect job and 14% have lost faith that their perfect job even exists, according to Monster.

A survey by the recruitment website shows more than three quarters of UK employees (76%) think and hope the right job for them is out there, but feel they are not currently in it.

Spanish staff are pessimistic, with a mere 3% claiming they are in the right job, followed by France (6%) and Hungary (7%).

Nearly a third (31%) of German workers do not believe their perfect job even exists followed by France (27%) and Belgium (15%).

But employees in Spain are also most hopeful for the future, with 88% believing the right job is out there for them.
