Breckland council is to implement a hosted HR system and a bureau payroll service allowing HR and payroll staff to access the system remotely.

The system, provided by Mouchel, will go live this summer, meaning managers will be able to access standard reports on line and staff can use the system to enter personal details and view their payslips.
