Car retailer Inchcape has enhanced its employee benefits offering to its 5,000 staff to increase engagement.
The new voluntary benefits scheme, provided by Asperity Employee Benefits, allows staff to access a range of discounts and cash back options at more than 1,500 retailers. Employees can access discounts online on a bespoke benefits platform as well as in stores or using the telephone.
This month, Inchcape also plans to launch an integrated childcare voucher scheme to allow staff the chance to save tax and national insurance on the cost of their childcare.
Peter Gardner, head of colleague support services and training at Inchcape, said: "We were looking for a scheme that would excite employees. The all-in-one website enables a more streamlined approach."
