B&CE Benefit Schemes has launched a graduate recruitment scheme to prepare future managers to drive innovation at the firm.
The recruitment programme will be open to internal and external candidates via an assessment centre process. Once selected, graduates will commence a fast-paced development programme consisting of rotational placements in various parts of the company. They will learn how the business operates while receiving management training to prepare them for future roles as well as building up contacts across the industry.
Recruits will also be able to select a mentor from within the business to help them progress through the programme.
Christine Webb, head of HR and business services at B&CE, said: "This is a very exciting time for our industry and it is essential we prepare for tomorrow by training up talented individuals today. The graduate management programme was launched to develop new managers to gain experience across all areas of the business to drive it forward in the future."
