People assessment firm Talent Q has launched a talent management survey among senior HR practitioners to create a definitive report of current practice and trends in the field.
Talent Q has commissioned the survey in response to the growing interest in talent management lifecycles and the many organisations expressing a wish to improve their practice in this area.
Steve O'Dell, chief executive of Talent Q, said: "It's clear from the conversations we've been having with senior HR professionals that talent management - and having the ability to do it well - is one of their key challenges.
"This survey will explore in detail every aspect of talent management. The results will provide a fascinating insight and throw up many practical and actionable findings."
Everyone who takes part in the survey will receive a free copy of the report and the results will be published exclusively on the HR magazine website.
