QVC has outsourced its payroll function.
The shopping channel has signed a five-year contract with MidlandHR using its iTrent system, which will manage the monthly payroll function and print payslips for QVC's 2,000 employees.
It is hoped this will reduce data entry and enable a faster, more efficient payroll service.
John Devlin, financial controller at QVC, said: "We were able to incorporate cost code information and absence management calculations into the iTrent system. The system includes functionality for e-filing of year-end PAYE returns, a necessity in the run-up to the 6 April mandatory deadline."
