BSkyB has introduced online total reward statements (TRS) for its 15,000 UK staff.
The statements are accessible from office and home computers and within the first hour of the launch 550 employees logged on to view their total remuneration package.
The TRS, provided by Vebnet, will show staff the sum of their total benefits and demonstrate the value of their BSkyB contracts.
The implementation of the scheme follows positive feedback from a test sample of 70 employees.
Dev Raval, director of reward at BSkyB, said: "Introducing TRS to our staff has been well received and we are confident they will help support our retention policies as well as the recruitment of new people. Vebnet has supported our carbon-neutral policy by delivering the statements online."
