Ladbrokes is to pilot total reward statements to a sample of 100 staff.
The firm, which will launch the statements in October, hopes to increase employee awareness of its benefits package.
The online statements, implemented in partnership with Benefex, will be branded with a sports theme and it is hoped that, following the pilot, the statements will be issued to Ladbrokes' 1,000 field-based and head-office staff.
Sara Davies, HR director of reward at Ladbrokes, said: "We are confident total reward statements will help us attract and retain performance-oriented employees and maximise employee engagement."
