A survey carried out by The Lawyer shows that across the country only 19.6% of law partners are women.
Sacker & Partners has come top in the nationwide survey as just lest half of its partners (47.8%) were women.
This comes only weeks after a report from the Equality and Human Rights Commission stated that the number of women in leading jobs in politics, media and law was falling.
Ian Pittaway, senior partner at Sackers, said: "You wont find a glass ceiling in our offices as we encourage all staff, male and female, to reach their full potential."
