Lloyds TSB has launched a new learning centre for staff, following a 1.1 million refurbishment programme.
The centre in Solihull will offer residential and day courses for the firm's 70,000 employees covering leadership, management and marketing. Line managers will have the opportunity to request specific courses to meet the needs of their teams.
The centre can hold 360 people in conference halls and meeting rooms and has a residential lodge with six bedrooms adding to the current 86 (DO WE MEAN 86 AT THE CENTRE?).
Group HRD Angie Risley said: "The centre is the key learning hub for the group and the wide ranging curriculum on offer will gradually be made available across the country through online training."
