Computershare has acquired Busy Bees Childcare Vouchers.

Busy Bees offers childcare vouchers to more than 12,000 organisations. Computershare provides employee share plan services and is responsible for more than 100 million shareholder accounts.

Chris Morris, Computershare's chairman and UK MD, said: "We now have a fantastic opportunity to combine our technological, processing and financial knowledge to deliver an even better service to clients."

John Woodward, Busy Bees' CEO, said: "There are significant opportunities for us to look at improving our services for employers, parents and carers in the near future as well as to increase our share of the overall market both in the UK and overseas."
