The merged A2 Dominion Housing Group has implemented an integrated HR and payroll system.
The system, provided by NorthgateArinso, will enable staff to manage general administration and processes themselves, reducing HR administration duties.
The move follows the merger of A2 Housing Group and Dominion Housing Group earlier this year. The group hopes the HR system will bring operational efficiencies at a time of economic uncertainty.
IT director John Wallace said: "In this economically challenging time, it is crucial that we are able to manage our internal operations closely."
