Software firm Civica is harmonising its employee benefits provision by adding online flexible benefits and decreasing the number of pension schemes it offers from eight to two.

Wendy Merry, HR director at Civica UK, said: "We implement the scheme on 1 September and expect to see a marked improvement in employee engagement, easier administration, increased communication and for HR to be a reference for all staff at Civica."

After a tendering process, the 750-strong organisation chose Alexander Mann Financial Services for consultancy advice and to implement the scheme.
