Thomas Cook UK has launched a new company car fleet for its staff in the UK and Ireland.
The travel company has signed a four-year deal with Lex Autolease, which will deliver a diverse range of products and services.
These will include Minilease, a solution which offers low rates and convenient monthly billing, without any long-term commitments, and the Lex Autolease interactive online solution which enables drivers to obtain quotes online, and co-ordinate the ordering and servicing of vehicles, together with the added benefit of access to useful tax and technical information. The Lex Autolease OneCall solution will also offer drivers instant access to a number of services including breakdown, tyres and customer services.
Lex Autolease's specialist consultancy team will also undertake a number of strategic projects within Thomas Cook UK including an initiative to further reduce fleet emissions in line with Thomas Cook's environmental policy.
This is the first time Thomas Cook UK has moved to a fully outsourced fleet solution and the decision followed a robust tender process conducted by Thomas Cook UK, which focused on its objectives to achieve cost savings, improve efficiencies and obtain World Class leading customer service.
