Employers at small businesses can now find out how happy and engaged their staff are, thanks to a free online survey.
The Purple Revolution survey from Learnpurple allows up to 100 staff to rate and comment on how happy they are at work and let their employer know what they would change and some of the wider issues they are experiencing.
Employers can then access the free site to get information on learning and development issues.
Speaking to HR magazine, Jo Harley, director at Learnpurple, said: "The survey provides employers with an insight into the current mood of their workforce, allowing any concerns or issues to be highlighted and resolved. By providing their employees with access to this type of engagement tool it shows they are listening and making changes. This should result in a more engaged and productive workforce, which could ensure business success when the upturn arrives."
