Parity Training has enhanced its employee benefits package to add private medical insurance and a raft of risk benefits.

The firm, which employes 110 staff, is working with Enrich to add group life insurance, income protection, dental insurance, critical illness and death in service pension.

The deal follows a competitive tendering process.

The firm's HR manager, Sabi Farooqi, said: "Enrich understood our compensation and benefits history and subsequently helped us shape a competitive benefits package that brings added value to our evolving business."
