Swiss Re's new managed payroll system should allow more control over costs and data

Swiss Re has launched a managed payroll system to cover 10,000 employees across 20 countries.

The insurance firm is working with ADP to provide a payroll solution that will allow it more control and cost predictability of its payroll and human capital data.

Gay Burns, head of HR service solutions for Swiss Re, said: "Swiss Re is committed to world-class human resources management and recognises the value of providing integrated service worldwide. We now benefit from top-tier multi-country payroll expertise, service and technology without prohibitive investment.
