Last week Charles Handy, author and broadcaster, became the first person to enter HR magazine's Most Influential hall of fame for a lifetime's achievement in the HR arena.
HR magazine's editor Sian Harrington is meeting Handy on Monday, so this is your chance to put your questions to the man, who as one HR director described, is "as close to a people philosopher as you can get".
Handy has been writing and broadcasting about organisational behaviour and management for more than three decades and is a must-read for people in the field.
His seminal works include: Understanding Organizations (1976) The Future of Work (1984) Gods of Management (1986) The Making of Managers (1988) The Age of Unreason (1989) The Empty Raincoat (1994) and The Hungry Spirit.
Email your questions to Sian at sian.harrington@markallengroup.com, with the subject line 'Charles Handy'.
