Met Police launches Shrinking Clouds DVD

Why should you buy it? The impact of stress on absenteeism and productivity is well documented and The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) is far from immune. Hence the introduction of Shrinking Clouds, a DVD and information pack, aimed at helping reduce stress among staff. It uses real-life situations to get its message across and offers guidelines on positive thinking, relaxation and information on exercise and nutrition. The Met is keen to share best practice and although this has been designed specifically for police forces it could be adapted for use in any organisation.
