Jane Jarvis has joined NEC Group as its HR director.

Jarvis brings to NEC experience in HR from brands including McDonald's, British Gas and the Automobile Association (AA).

She joins from Craegmoor, a care provider employing 5,500 people across 250 locations in the UK, where she worked in several HR roles, culminating as HRD.

Managing a team of 25, Jarvis will oversee all HR aspects of the group, including learning and development, pensions, payroll and occupational health and safety, managing the needs of its 1,200 permanent employees, as well as a further 2,000 casual workers.

The Group operates the NEC, LG Arena, NIA, ICC, The Ticket Factory and Amadeus.
