With more than 25 years' experience in HR and learning and development, Healy will draw on experience gained in a variety of roles in the pharmaceutical, travel, education and financial services sectors.

Most recently, he was executive director of HR for First Rate Exchange Services. where he created and embedded a new HR model for the business. He introduced talent management and succession planning initiatives as well as enhancing the management development programme.
