In her new role, Barlow will be responsible for setting up and leading a business partner service, thus providing both strategic and operational HR support to the luxury service apartment group.

Her duties will include recruiting an HR team; designing structured communication programmes to engage employees and embed new policies within the organisation; liaising with managers to develop the performance management process, objective setting and development planning.
