The investment firm has recruited a new COO and head of sales and marketing over the past six months and invested heavily in new staff.

Saxby's appointment underlines the company's plans for further growth and investment in staff. She has previously worked in HR across a range of business areas at Lloyds TSB since September 1999, most recently as senior HR business partner, responsible for HR strategy and processes in the savings, investment and protection department.
