kate Tilley has been appointed HR director, WSP UK.

Tilley, who has 10 years' experience as an HR professional, has been with the management consultancy since 2001. She took up her new position on 1 January this year. Commenting on her appointment, she said: "I am delighted to be assuming this pivotal role. Working alongside the UK board and the generalist and specialist teams within the HR function, I welcome the challenges that are likely to arise in the future and look forward to raising the profile of the people agenda internally and externally."
