Saudagar Singh has stood down from his role as HR director, RWE NPower.

Singh is to be replaced by Chris Pilgrim, former head of human resources at Uniq, a food manufacturing organisation. Prior to this, Pilgrim worked at British Steel, Exxon Mobil and subsequently Numico as HR director. Singh, who joined NPower in 2000 as human resources director, plans to take a rest before turning his attention to exploring suitable job opportunities in the Midlands area.
