Campbell moves from her current role as head of people for KPMG Europe, a role in which she worked closely with its people, performance and culture group (PPC) to define KPMG's global people strategy.
Since she has been head of KPMG's people strategy, the firm has been named The Sunday Times Best Big Company to Work For two years running. KPMG was also awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award for its outstanding performance.
