Bill Buchan has joined Sodexho as HR director for its UK and Ireland healthcare division.

Buchan will be responsible for delivering an HR strategy that supports business growth. A major element of this is to ensure Sodexo can recruit, retain and develop talented people. Buchan joins from Hess Corporation, where he was responsible for global resourcing. He will be a member of the healthcare executive team, reporting operationally to managing director Simon Scrivens. He will also join the UK and Ireland HR leadership team where he will report directly to Natalie Bickford, HR director, UK and Ireland.
