Colin Hague joins Dorset Healthcare NHS Foundation as director of HR

Hague will oversee staff at the mental health and learning disability trust with the support of an HR team, an occupational health team and training and development department. His role will involve helping the trust to develop staff in order to improve services. He said: "The board recognises success is achievable only through the skills, commitment and hard work of staff and I look forward to supporting employees and senior management."
