Richard Neville has joined Drax Power as head of HR

Richard Neville comes to Drax from Yorkshire Water, where he has been head of employee relations and reward since September 2002, with responsibility for HR policy, internal communications, e-recruitment and diversity. In his new role, Neville will provide support to the executive team, lead HR strategy and manage the HR team with a focus on the three strategic areas of recruitment, reward and employee relations.
