Susie Thompson has been appointed HR director for healthcare at Sodexho.

Susie Thompson was previously a regional HR manager for Sodexo Healthcare and will focus on employee development, talent and engagement in this newly created role. She will take the lead in developing Sodexo's knowledge and skills framework in accordance with the NHS's Agenda for Change and assist operations support director Niel Barbour and his team with their work on labour management. Thompson has also worked in the company's education division. She will report to Natalie Bickford, HR director for Sodexo UK and Ireland.
