Gillian Fox has joined Friends Provident as HR director

Gillian Fox moves to the company, which has 3,500 employees, from the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) where she was a senior business partner for five years. While at RBS, Fox supported its global credit card business, where as part of her generalist role she focused on M&A, talent management and leadership capability. She spent her last two years with RBS working with its insurance business, which includes Direct Line, Privilege and Churchill. She played a pivotal role in restructuring these businesses and driving change management throughout. Fox lives in Richmond, Surrey and is married with one son.
