Ashley Hever has been appointed European HR manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Hever was previously area manager for East Anglia at the company. Enterprise has created the new role with the aim of increasing the HR function at the firm. Currently, the company's HR team manages approximately 3,400 employees throughout the UK and Ireland. Hever will focus on developing staple areas of HR strategy, including the company's international management programme. He says: "I have been with the company for more than seven years and have built up a great appreciation of what we are trying to achieve. The next few years promise to be exciting for everyone involved with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I am looking forward to being at the forefront of developing all of our people solutions."
