Jane Vivier has been appointed to senior reward manager at UK Borders Agency.

Vivier is a former reward adviser at Kent County Council. She will be responsible for the direction of employee benefits at the organisation, which was formed in April this year. She said: "I will be involved with overseeing strategy of how the benefits in the organisation will be harmonised. In my last job I was involved with communicating benefits, but this is much more about strategy."
