Human Resources magazine is inviting internal communications experts and HR directors to complete the first major survey into the state of internal communications since 2006.

The IC Survey is run by Ghassan Karian, former head of internal communications at British Gas, and now CEO of internal communications agency Karian & Box.

Human Resources magazine has teamed up with Karian and inserted a range of HR-specific questions into this year’s survey, the exclusive results of which will be published in the August issue.

The first survey took place in 2006. Karian said: “It will be interesting to see if internal communications is being taken seriously by leaders and how well the communications are aligned to business strategy.”
