Jo Hennessy becomes Roffey Park's director of research this month after being promoted from director of open programmes. A member of the British Psychological Society and the Association of Business Psychology, Hennessy is also a master practitioner of neuro-linguistic programming. Her new role will require her to oversee all research activities at the business school.
