Andrew Powles has been appointed assistant director people and performance at the Home Office.

Powles will have responsibility for the development of appropriatereward, diversity and employee relations policies that will maximiseemployee engagement and drive performance. Previously he was atPrudential. Here he was people policy manager where he hadresponsibility for the employee engagement agenda, and developed anaward-winning health and productivity strategy.
